Competiton entry rules

GTAlks’ newsletter competition and prize draws – GTAwards – is open to all directors, partners and employees within businesses involved in contracting, planning and executing Events save for the partners and employees of GTAssociates and any organisation connected to the prizes offered by GTAssociates.

For competitions, if more than one correct answer is received then the winning entrant will be the entrant whose email transmission time matches, or most closely matches, the time preset for the competition by GTAssociates.

For prize draws the winning entrant will be the person whose email transmission time most closely matches the time preset by GTAssociates.

The time preset by GTAssociates will be between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 (UK time), any day of the week. Therefore for entries to be valid they should be emailed between these hours. This preset time will vary for each competition/prize draw. In order to validate the preset time for each competition/prize draw GTAssociates will email notification of the time to our web designer Spud Design.

All prizes provided by GTAssociates are offered in good faith. That is GTAssociates, partners do not accept any liability nor make any warranty as to the goods or services provided by the prizes and/or the businesses providing those prizes. In the event that any winner(s) believe that any product or service that they have won is sub standard or defective in any way then this issue is to be addressed via the relevant prize sponsor.

In the event that any prize is valid for a given time period GTAssociates do not undertake to be responsible for any winner’s failure to exercise their right to the prize by the deadline attaching.
